On Monday night, Dwyane Wade played his last game against the Lakers and former teammate LeBron James. It was an emotional night from James and Wade as they reminisced about their careers and the time that they shared together. They even swapped jerseys after the game. However, that wasn’t the only thing that Dwyane Wade gave away after the game.

Josh Hart, who wears number 3 because of Wade, asked for Wade’s shoes after the game. Wade signed the shoes and said “I love the way you play this game. Reminds me of me. Keep going.” Hart featured the shoes on his Instagram story.
Last season, Hart was unable to play against his hero after fracturing the fourth metacarpal on his left hand before the two games with the Heat. Hart tweeted during the final Heat game of last season lamenting that he was unable to play against Wade.
If this is @DwyaneWade last game I’ll be hurt because I never had the chance to compete against him

Everyone wants the chance to be able to play against their favorite players. Hart narrowly missed his chance last season. However, not only was he able to play against Dwyane Wade, but he came away from the experience with a signed pair of shoes. Basically, Josh Hart is living every 15-year-old’s dream at 23. Aside from being in the NBA, of course…
Hart scored nine points on 3-of-9 shooting with five rebounds and a block in 35 minutes for the Lakers. Dwyane Wade scored 15 points on 6-of-19 shooting with five rebounds, 10 assists, a block and a steal in 32 minutes for the Heat, with seven of his 15 points coming in the fourth quarter.
