Ingram only signed with the Lakers on Monday when his exit meeting with the South Bay Lakers turned into a call-up meeting of sorts as the G-League veteran was surprised with a contract with the Lakers.
One night later in his debut against the Houston Rockets, Ingram lit up the scoreboard with 19 points and near-perfect shooting, catching the attention of players around the league.
Ingram, who spent 10 years in the G-League, will take to the mound on Friday as the Dodgers meet the Diamondbacks.
