The Los Angeles Lakers got off to a slow start in their 2017-18 regular season, getting trounced by the Clippers on opening night.
The team didn’t have time to sulk because of a quick turnaround and their first back-to-back of the season in Phoenix to take on a young Suns squad.
Brandon Ingram was on the long list of Lakers that struggled against the Clippers, but he’s off to a fast start out in the desert. After a pair of buckets early, Ingram welcomed Suns rookie Josh Jackson to the NBA with this thunderous jam on the break. (footage via Spectrum SportsNet)

Ingram struggled for the vast majority of preseason play, but looks good early on in the second game of the season. The Lakers will need more aggressiveness from Ingram, all while picking and choosing his spots wisely. Perhaps this could be a big game that gets Ingram going and boosts his confidence moving forward.
