He’s back.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, the Los Angeles Lakers will sign a one-year-deal with former Laker, Metta World Peace. The deal is non-guaranteed, so he’ll have to earn a roster spot in training camp.
World Peace has been working out at the Lakers facility throughout the summer, especially with forward, Julius Randle. There were early speculations last month that the Lakers had interest in the veteran forward, but now it is clear that World Peace will be joining the Lakers in training camp next week in Honolulu. Kobe and Metta, the only players left from the 2010 championship team, will be reunite once again.
