I have to admit that I was infuriated when the Lakers won this game for tank reasons, but looking back at it, this was Clarkson’s best game as a pro and that should be appreciated.
2. 30 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 blocks against the Oklahoma City Thunder
He scored a career-high 30 points on 12-19 shooting. If the Lakers didn’t get blown out in this game, I might’ve put this game atop the list, but they did. The best play is at 1:03 when Clarkson throws down a dunk after weaving his way between two defenders.
3. 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists against the Grizzlies
This was the game where I was like “whoa, the Lakers might really have something here.” He handled his own — and then some — against Mike Conley and a tough Grizzlies defense.
4. 27 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists against the Blazers
That no-look pass to Ryan Kelly, though.
5. 26 points and 6 assists against the Dallas Mavericks
Clarkson made a couple of DEEP threes in this one.
