The Los Angeles Lakers will look to get back in the win column on Saturday when they visit the 12-40 Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors will have a new look as they are set to debut Andrew Wiggins who they acquired in a trade of former Lakers second overall pick D’Angelo Russell.

It’s been a tough year for the Warriors with injuries to Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson derailing their season. Besides Wiggins, a former number one overall pick who has had a disappointing start to his career, the Warriors are led by the likes of Draymond Green, Kevin Looney and Damion Lee.

The Lakers should be able to come out victorious behind their frontcourt. The Warriors lack size so the Lakers should be able to attack them on the offensive glass, something they were not able to exploit in their loss to the Rockets.

In their first matchup against the Warriors, the Lakers out-rebounded their Bay Area rivals 51 to 33 in a 120 to 94 win. With Anthony Davis sidelined, former Warrior JaVale McGee stepped up with 18 points, 17 rebounds, three steals and three blocks.

The Lakers visit the Warriors at 5:30 PM. The game will be televised on ABC.
