We are rapidly approaching the end of the year and the end of the decade. For the Los Angeles Lakers, the decade started with the ultimate high of winning a championship before devolving into the worst six-year stretch in franchise history and finally picking back up with the arrival of LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
As we await the turn of the decade and look to a potentially bright near future, the guys recorded the latest episode of the Lakers Outsiders Podcast to look back on the Lakers of the past ten years.
Kendrew Abueg, Honi Ahmadian, Kyle Hartwick and Dillon Hiser each drafted their All-Decade Lakers team with the caveat that they were selecting players only for their performance on the Lakers during this decade.
The draft consisted of eight rounds. The first five were for selecting starters in any order. The sixth round is when a sixth man was drafted. The seventh and eighth rounds consisted of our top coaches and memes of the decade, respectively.
