Original story:
According to Frank Isola of The Athletic, the Los Angeles Lakers are close to acquiring Reggie Bullock from the Detroit Pistons for Sviatoslav Mykhailuk.
The Los Angles Lakers are poised to make a trade…just not that trade. According to a league source, Lakers are close to acquiring Reggie Bullock from the Pistons for Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk.

As Isola eludes to, this may not be the trade news that most Lakers fans were hoping for tonight. But, Bullock is an excellent addition to a team that desperately needs a pep in its step.
Bullock is shooting 38.4% from three this season and is averaging 12 points a night, and he even has 2.5 assists per game.
While Bullock becomes a free agent after this season, he’ll provide legitimate NBA minutes to a team that just lost by 42 points to the Indiana Pacers.
The trade isn’t official yet, but we wish Svi the best of luck with the Detroit Pistons!
