There have been many conflicting reports in recent days on what the Lakers are doing in their discussions with the Spurs over Kawhi Leonard. However, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN said on The Jump that the Lakers haven’t been aggressive in talks for Kawhi.
Per Adrian Wojnarowski, the Lakers, among other teams, have not been aggressive in a Kawhi Leonard deal.https://t.co/Am8koUqOdA pic.twitter.com/42YJ9wHxK7

This likely means that Brandon Ingram, who has been a popular name for people to speculate about, hasn’t been included in talks.
In my opinion, the Lakers have no need to include Brandon Ingram in any trade talks with the Spurs because they have all of the leverage. Kawhi informed the Spurs that he doesn’t want to play with them anymore, and will likely sign with the Lakers in the 2019 off-season regardless. However, there is some pressure for the Lakers, as they thought that they were able to wait on Paul Geoge to sign with them this year, and that didn’t pan out.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming days and weeks surrounding the Lakers, but the Spurs will have some moves to do.
