Ever since the calendar hit December of 2016, it has been tough sledding for the Los Angeles Lakers. The team went 2-14 after starting the year 10-10, followed by another loss to start 2017 against the Toronto Raptors.
On Tuesday, though, the Lakers earned their first win of the new year, cruising past the Memphis Grizzlies, 116-102. Julius Randle led the way with his third career triple-double, tallying 19 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists as Los Angeles buried 17 of their 33 three-point attempts against one of the top defensive teams in the NBA.

The guys got together to break down the team’s big win and what to expect heading into the second half of the season.
