The Lakers will don the classic Purple and Gold armor three times this season, this Friday- November 4th vs. Golden State, January 17th vs. Denver, and March 3rd vs. the rival Boston Celtics. STAPLES Center will be rocking like the Fabulous Forum.
Given the history behind these jerseys, as well as the ageless style, fans both old and young will be excited to watch the new Lakers take the court in these uniforms. One has to wonder if D’Angelo Russell will channel his inner Magic Johnson and whip a cross-court bounce pass to a streaking teammate for a dunk.
