Last year, the Lakers announced plans to move into a new, state of the art practice facility in 2017. Their new home that will cost roughly $80 million is under construction as we speak. The Lakers gave an update on the progress of their facility back in March. Today, they released a mock-up video of what the building will look like.

This video lays out the facility, including brand new practice courts, players’ lounge, locker room, and weight room. It also shows off a retractable bleacher system that will surely be used for D-Fenders games.
The Lakers new home is a palace of sorts, and could even be used as a selling point in free agent meetings. I know I would like to go to work there almost everyday.
