One month has passed since the NBA Draft Lottery, where the Los Angeles Lakers landed the No. 2 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
Since then, the speculation surrounding who the Lakers will select with the pick has centered primarily around one player: Brandon Ingram.
As we draw closer to draft day on June 23, the odds of the Philadelphia 76ers selecting LSU’s Ben Simmons with the top pick seem more and more likely, which would pave the way for Los Angeles to plug a hole at the small forward position with Ingram.

Our friend Pete Zayas examines Ingram’s overall game and how he would fit in with the young Lakers, under the watch of new head coach Luke Walton.
