WATCH: Spurs dedicate chilling video tribute to Kobe Bryant

They have had countless battles in both the regular season and in the NBA playoffs over the last twenty years, but Saturday marked the last time that Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant would play at San Antonio against the Spurs.

Despite the two teams being rivals, there has always been a mutual respect between them both, especially with Kobe and the trio of Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili, along with longtime head coach, Gregg Popovich. Bryant and Popovich shared a hug before the Spurs’ 106-102 victory over the Lakers, but not before San Antonio revealed their video tribute dedicated to Bryant and all of the memories he has made in this rivalry.

One would expect nothing less from a first class organization like the Spurs. Los Angeles and San Antonio still have one more meeting on February 19, but with this being Kobe’s final game at the AT&T Center, the Spurs thanked Bryant with a beautiful video tribute.
